フランク・シナトラ(Frank Sinatra、1915年12月12日 - 1998年5月14日）はアメリカのジャズ・ポピュラー歌手。本名、フランシス・アルバート・シナトラ（Francis Albert Sinatra）。エルヴィス・プレスリーやビートルズなどと並び、20世紀を代表する歌手の一人である。その卓越した歌唱力によって「ザ・ヴォイス」と称された。また映画俳優としても活躍した。
